Fords with mods

I have a '93 Ford F-150 Lightning. It has been converted from speed density to mass air using a Mustang computer, and modified with cam, heads, filter, and exaust. Since the computer is made for a 302 and not the 351W that came with the truck, combined with all the mods, it doesn't quite run right. Mostly it seems to load up with fuel, and doesn't idle right after a restart. Can you customize a chip for this application? If you need any more info, let me know. Thanks.
