04 Cummins trinity questions

Ok so i am having some troubles trying to figure out how to get my trinity to let me customize my gauges?? i click on one of the gauges and it just flips back and forth from two diff layouts non of which have my trans temp and i am trying to also find a way to get a egt set up?
I also was wondering if there is a way to make the trinity changeable on the fly?? (switch from like tow to performance or something well driving)
When i leave my truck and come back and start it up again the trinity gauges all 0 out and i have to exit the monitoring and then go back in again to get them to register??
And last but not leaset is there a way to adjust the trinity from MPH to KMH and also adjust for tire sizes as i have 37" tires and was hoping this was a option??

1. You can create a new layout by going to the logging screen, and selecting new layout. This will allow you to create your own dashboard with your selected gauges.
2. Unless EGT is something that your truck actually monitors the Trinity won't show it without an external EGT probe.
3. You can't change tunes on the fly.
4. How long do you let it sit. It takes a few seconds for the data stream to be picked up.
5. There currently isn't a unit switching function on the Trinity, but using DataViewer you can change units in the logs. I don't know about tire size adjustments though.

Tire size adjustment would be in the quick adjust menu after you select the performance icon from the main menu.

I have no quick start menu after i select performance from the main menu all i got is the 4 tunes:
Tow
Performance
Extreme
Stock

any other ideas where i could find it i believe its an option is it not??

Select the tune you want, and then you will be asked if you want to flash it with modified parameters. It should be there.

well i just tryed that and the only thing it allows me to do is adjust the speedo top speed....do i need to power puck to adjust tire size maybe??

I'm not sure if will fix your problem, but it is always a good idea to have the latest version.

After you select performance, then the tune you want, you get install tune or modify tune, select modify tune, and from there you should have the option to change tire size.

Hey ya for some reason i select modify tune and i can seleve modify parameters( theres two things that say that) then i go to it and all it lets me do is modify my speedos top speed.......and how do i download that crom 1r03 file i select it to download and after i save it and instal it it asks me to select a program to open it and i cant select the diable porgram to open it for some reason??

I had a brain failure here....the 03-05 Cummins cant adjust tire size, so that why it is not there...

Updating the tool is pretty simple, open the dsdownloader program that was on your Trinity CD and load the Trinity driver from the CD and you'll be ready to go.

I purchased the power puck to stack with my trinity havent installed it yet but had a few questions before i do.
Do i need to route the switch into the cab or can i just leave it coiled up and use my trinity to control the power puck??
And do i have the ability to adjust the power puck on the fly while driving or do i have to stop like with the trinity??

Puck can be adjusted on the fly, yes.

You can route the switch, or wait a couple weeks and we'll offer a plug and play cable that will allow you to wire it to your Trinity and control the power level on the fly right from the touch screen.

So without that cable theres no way of controling my power puck tunes with the trinity?? And is there any ETA on egt probe for the trinity yet?? And any info on tire size adjustment possibilities?? on the 04
