u7135 problem

Hey guys i just got my predator yesterday and was really excited. when i first plugged my predator into the diagnostic port on my 5.7 chrysler 300 it said i needed the DCX calibration update. so i got the downloader and downloaded the update and everything seemed good. plugged the predator back into my car and im pretty sure the predator updated the car so they could communicate with eachother (at least thats what i think it did). after that i tried to install the 91 cai tune and when the predator tried to backup the original tune in my car it said "failed format" and that it could not backup the original tune. i do not know what i did wrong so if anyone could help me that would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like there could be a problem with that Predator, i would see if the retailer can swap it out, if not, fill out an rma request and send it in for repairs.
