Just curious how everyone feels about the support being offered via the forums here. IMHO the techs / CMRs pick and choose which questions they want to answer, when they do, however; they seem generally knowledgeable.
Do to a mess up with my product, and lack of support, unfortunately; I decided to return my predator.
This answer may be redundant regarding the U7136, but I had asked it; and it wasn't answered by support (I also couldn't find the answer in a search of the forum). Hopefully this helps those with similar questions, or those considering buying a 'Diablosport Predator' for the V6 3.6L, (specifically referring to the U7136 Tune). I did have the chance to look at and play with the tool before returning it, haha. Tunes are canned to 89,91,93. Above that the only real tweaks you can perform, are turning off / on the 'esp' and adjusting for 'tire size'. The tool also has a diagnostics to check / clear error codes; in the end it's very basic. It would be nice in subsequent firmware updates to see a little more versatility with the tool, whether pertinent or not these are only examples: IE allowing to reset TCM adaptives and firmer shifting etc. (ones such as these have low risk associated with them, and that could definitely benefit & improve performance in these vehicles).

Sounds like you had a 4 speed, which does not support the tranny changes we offer int he 5 speeds. Any 5 speed auto equipped LX applications we support has the option to reset tranny adaptives, raise shift points, and increase shift firmness. Unfortunately, the 4 speed is not as friendly for modifying.

It seems you did not look too far into the tool though, because besides the 'only real tweaks' you mentioned, it also has:

WOT fuel adjustment (in 3 ranges)
WOT timing adjustment (in 3 ranges)
Rev limit adjustment
Idle speed adjustment
Cooling fan on/off temps
Axle ratio
Speed limit disable

While also holding up to 5 custom tunes in addition to the 3 provided tunes, reads and clears trouble codes, and datalogs.

These are the things that have made our dcx Predators our top sellers, and the reason the LX community has grown to make us their first choice for any of their tuning needs.

Mine doesn't. I can reset the adaptives, but thats all.
