How to Get a Custom Tune If I Dont have a dealer?

Hi there .. how to get a custom tune if im in kuwait and i don't a have a dealer ! because when i bought the Predator and register it in the website .. they told me that i can get updates for my Predator and got a Custom tune .. I Tried actually but there wasn't an email to Send it for in the Custom Tuning Page .. Please Help

what i want is a custom tune to my vehicle:

2001 GMC Sierra 1500 4.8L
AEM Bruce Air Intake System
305/45R20 Aluminuim (American Racing)
Magna Flow Muffler

What I Face now with my current Performance 93 Tune is that my First Gear is too slow maybe because of the Weight of The Rims .. and the second problem is after shifting from 2->3 the truck is being lower power than 2nd gear .. so please try to find for me a good tune .. I Saw that your the best in understanding my problem so that I'll make the decision to you .. because i didn't know actually to change the parameters as ur experience. Thanks

Based on the modifications listed, I would say there is no need for a custom tune.
The weight of the rims cannot be overcome with a tune, as they are likely using up about 40-60rwhp.

so there wouldn't be a custom tune to specify the power all most to the rwhp .. so that i get a nice jump with the first gear ?
