29 misfires logged since last cleared?????

I attached the log file. The unit doesn't show any misfires while logging over the 9 minutes on this file. Will someone please tell me why the misfires might possibly showing up? First time I have added this pid, so I have no other history.

what dtc are you getting? Sometimes with a cam upgrade, there's a lot of rumbling going on in the cylinders at idle, or lower rpms and will set off the , i think it's the p0300 code, Random Misfire, which can be adjusted in a CMR to raise the knock sensors to a higher rpms, where the rumbling is not happening.
I don't see a cam in your upgrades though.

Stock cam. How can the Pred show 29 misfires and not show any on the trending graph? I would like someone to tell me exactly what triggers misfires and then maybe I can start to understand what might be going on. When I think of a misfire I think of a cylinder that is weak because of a lack of spark or compression.

DS Tech support, please clue me in on what drives these misfires. should I suspect a bad coil pack?

You are looking at misfire history since code cleared. Likely happen rarely due to cold starts or poor fuel.
