When is Custom Tune Needed?

I keep seeing custom tunes mentioned. Also, when is the Predator tune no longer sufficient? What do you consider slightly modifed? If I go with the following:

2000 GT:
1. Flowmaster Cat-Bac
2. BBK catted H-pipe
3. Cold Air Intake
4. 3.73 gears
5. 70mm TB

Is the Predator tune ok or does this enter into the "custom" tune area?

You are good to go....once you do longtubes, or heads/cams it is custom tune time for sure.
