No 1/4 mile time 07 Cummins Ram

My customer's Trinity won't give a 1/4 mile time or speed on the tree or movement. It does however display speed on the gauge section so it does see the VSS. The truck is a 2007 5.9L Cummins Ram 2500. Trinity version 1R03. Any ideas?

I have not seen this.
Does it say it is unable to acquire vehicle info?

I don't know. My customer told me he stops the vehicle, goes to racing, tries reaction time or movement start but he doesn't get a time or the the tree just sits there, idle. I asked him to try some data logging to see if the trinity "sees" all the vehicle info. Is it possible some info is missing in the user guide?

Now we have another problem: the cable won't stay pluged in (same problem has SKYRUNNER RT)

Is this a new cable that we replaced or the one that came in the box?
