[color=red]my predator does not work[/color]

i need help- i recently bought a diablo predator for my 2003 lincoln navigator (5.4 DOHC v8 32 valve) but when i plug it in, it says that the vahicle is not on file.... on startup the screen does read "gas f series trucks"

what is the solution?

What's the part# of the tuner you have? What is the revision that is currently on your tool? What is the CALID of your vehicle? We will need a little more info here so we can help you with this issue.

mike, he said he has a 32 valve V8 so yeah he has the 4 valve motor.

Sorry, we do not currently have support for the 4 valve Navigator applications.

we ordered the programmer from summit racing- we called summit racing and made sure that the predator was compatible with the 4-valve navigator; they even called diablosport to doublecheck the same and ensured us that this would work on my car!!
so i dont understand how this could happen?
everything was doublechecked to make sure we had the right part.
