2003 Chev 2500hd Duramax
U7180
BIOS V-6.01
I plug it in, select "tune vehicle", wait for prompt, turn ign on and it stays on "communicating please wait".
If i turn the key off it comes to the Tranny select screen (auto or std.)
i just unplugged it after that.

I've tried a few more times and it justfreezes on "communicating please wait"
could the dealership have updated the comp. software or something?

Please double check the key position that its in when its communicating. It needs to be in the secondary key position before it engages the starter on the truck. If this does not work please call tech support to go over a couple of other things on the phone. Is this the first time that you have used this predator on your truck?
