I have a U7194 and a 07 Chevy 2500HD 6.0. I have tried to adjust the reve limits on all the tunes to 155 but the trucks computer still stops at 98 mph. Any help would be appreciated.

You wouldn't change the rev limits. You would change the speed limiter.
