03 Escape

I have a delta chip for my 03 escape. It worked great when I got, well after I disconected the toggle switch. When I originally installed it, the only modification I had was an intake. When I recently installed an exaust, my transmissions (automatic) shifting became sluggish. Is there a way to fix this besides reprograming the chip. If not how do I get it reprogramed. A local shop wanted $50 to reflash, but also required putting it on there dyno for $200. I don't see the point in that if there are only certain prewritten programs that can go on the delta chips. How many programs are available for my specific aplication? 03 escape AWD 3.0 Automatic
