U7193 WOT question

Yes, yes, I know. No WOT's for U7193 using DSLogRedux! However I am wondering if it is possible to log WOT's using a U7193 and if anyone could help with any tune modifications for increased power if I post the logs. I am definately curious as to whether or not I can get even more power from my '05 Silverado 1500HD 6.0! Thanks.

no... cuz you're 7193 does not have an AFR parameter to log... to really know what your truck is doing at WOT, you need to get a wideband O2 sensor hooked up...

Ok. So I need to get a wideband O2 sensor. Does this include just the sensor or is there another guage/meter that comes with it? I looked online for one and they all seem to come with some sort of monitor along with it. I'm not looking for anything that I have to mount in the cab. Would a new wideband O2 sensor be readable by the Predator? Thanks.

predator will not read the sensor, it has no way of communicating with it. you need a display/guage.

or, if you have a laptop, you can use that in your truck to log with the dataviewer program and predator... the dataviewer program should have the AFR parameter in it that you can log... without getting a wideband...

you can log afr, but you have to hook the predator up to a laptop, and run the dataviewer program, the program calls it equivalence ratio. but a wideband would be WAY more accurate, but not necessary

I would be interested to know too..mine runs at 12.2 under WOT and 14.6 otherwise. Whats yours showing?

my 02 sierra runs the same, 12.2 @ wot and 14.6 during all other driving.

I use my 7193 and laptop, and log wot, then use dslogredux for the adjustments. Use dataviewer to collect data.

at cruise it should be at 14.75, that is a fixed value.
i believe (monte's sticky about adjust injector slope has the info) at wot it should be in the 12.7 area.

you all getting this thru dslogredux or wideband? i havent looked thru all the pids but was under the asumption that there was no a/f value on the u7193..

i was able to view my A/F ratio through the Diablosport DataView program connected to my predator. You have to log with the laptop in the car to get the AFR PID.
