Downloading error

I tried downloading the 8r07 version on U9171 to computor and it comes back can't read it for some reason...........'05 SSR

What was the exact error message?
Did you follow the 'revision update instructions'?

It says..."Adobe reader could not open U7191-gm-e40-8r07 because it is not a supported file or the file is damaged.."

OK, there is no need to open that file.
Just save it to your desktop and follow the revision update instructions to get it into the tool.
