I purchased a U7194. This is what the dealer told me I needed for my truck. I have a 2007 Silverado new body style, with a 4.8 engine. viin# has the "C" as the eighth digit. Crew cab.
Predator has the latest update. when I plug it into truck, it tells me that my truck is not supported. Never loaded anything but now the Check Engine light is on and it read engine power loss.

I forgot to mention my factory remote starter is not woking either.

I spoke with Mike. He helped me clear fault codes. Now I am just waiting for update for my truck.

my problem seems to be that same as above so I am posting here. I have a 07 GMC (new body style) with a 4.8L, 4x4, automatic and crew cab with the vin as 2GTEK13C371586803.
I purchased the U7194 from my GM dealer and it says that my vehicle is not supported and needs an update. v.8r06 is the update that it has which is the latest as far as I can tell.

is there going to be another update soon? or is there something else I can do?

Just trying to bump this thread. i am awaiting the update for the 4.8L also.

The update was released last week.
The new rev. is 8r07 and is available for download on the website.
