Is CMR software the only program that you can actually edit the tune file on your computer? And is it available for the consumer who's trying to get a little more out of their tuner.

Yes, CMR is required to edit Predator tunes.

We generally sell it to performance/dyno tuning shops, and it retails for $2500.

Sure would be nice if you offered single user CMR licenses.

I bought a tweecer and was done with the retunes!!! I'm sure there is something for chevy's too thats not going to be $2500
