Here's the deal. I ordered a 50 hp/150 ft.lbs.torque Power Puck for my 02 Dodge Cummins. When it arrived, there were 2 brand new units, each in the box, in the shipping box when I opened it. What luck, huh??
No explanation, nothing on the receipt, nothing. Total charge was also for 1 unit. Same with the receipt that came a few days ago tho I thought they may have realized their mistake and were asking for it back. But nope, not that either. They both had the same part number on their box and are almost exact in size, hookups etc. However upon close examination one of them has the word TUNABLE on it's label. What's the difference between these 2 Power Pucks?? I opted to install the one that did NOT say TUNABLE as it was a known commodity if you will and I didn't know about this TUNABLE option. I am VERY pleased with my selection of Diablo's Power Puck for my truck and have spread the word about the very favorable price for the power you receive. The power is outstanding and has woken up my truck to what it always should have been. I can only imagine what a more powerful Power Puck could do!!
Any idea why there were 2 units in the box?? And no I didn't purchase it/them here.
