Campaign for ABS & Break Light issue

Just a post to consolidate all us with this light issue.
I have managed to get around it on my truck by tricking the ECM with different variations of wheel sizes and hours of trial and error adjustments.
But of course I would much rather just program my actual wheel size and be done.
If you have this issue whether you've managed to trick the ECM or not.
Join by posting your issue so we can show how many of use with the NB trucks have this issue.

My actual wheels are 265/70/17
my program is set at 245/65/17

I had the same issue, with larger tires. Ended up using the tire height instead of the actual tire size...

This issue seems to be more prevalent on 2007 models from what i see, we are still trying to sort this one out.
Guys with this issue, please post up and let us know vehicle information and if all possible post up your last tune written and original backup and we will try to get to the bottom of this.

fyi to my custom DiabLew Tune users...

if/when the new update comes out to fix the tire size stuff, it's going to be in the new version update format...

so, you'll need to download and install the latest version of the DSDownloader app cuz you'll have to update the predator to the new revision -- then you'll need to install a diablo tune to your truck -- and then send me new copies of your original backup tune and the Last Tune Written -- because I will have to re-do your custom tunes in the new tune file format before you'll be able to use them with the new revision...

and there will be no more using the E40 PCInterface app to import/export the custom tune files... you will use the latest version of the DSDownloader app... that is what's used now for importing/exporting tunes, as well as updating the revisions on the predator.

Also, can anyone confirm this issue is still present with the new U7194 crom?

I can't confirm if the issue is still present, with the latest update,
But here are my tunes.
The original backup, and two custom tune one 93 & the other 87 octane. Both run without kicking the lights on, after several adjustment to the tire sizes,
Currently I have the 87 octane tune in the truck.

Are you still having issues with the lights?

Yea I am actually still trying to figure out why it is not turning on and off. I have been working with Lew to get the tune finalized and then tackle the light issue. One step at a time though the tire sizes that you recommended didn't work they take longer to set off the lights but they still come on. Any more suggestions?

Nope, no more questions.
Taking longer means your close try adjusting the width by one number at a time.
Good Luck>>
