doesnt seem to run good in summer does anyone know if weather was a factor it was 40 degrees when we did it i used the data logger and sent it to him did 3 logs can someone read my log its a 300c 2006 5.7

first is a perdator canned tune 93 oct cai still wont run good intil winter
dont understand i have good gas mobile there are no fuel or timming ajustments on canned tune
