After installing update to my predator I am unable to load performance tune to my truck. predator tells me performance tune already loaded but also tells me last tune writen is the stock tune.. When I try to re install stock tune it indicates that stock tune was loaded or not saved. stock tume was loaded to truck before installing update to truck. What can I do to correct this problem????

I have a 2001 ford f250 7.3 diesel. preditor serial no. 2004524 snapper-1064425532 ford 7_3_7r19dz
I am unable to find a part number on the preditor or in the paperwork that came in the package.
I ordered it in may of 2003. It worked fine untill I ran the update on it. The predator is telling me last tune written was
original backup. When I try to load the tow tune it said performance tune already loaded preditor will not overwrite performance tune. If I try to load stock tune it tells me backup already loaded or not saved. What can I do to correct this problem.

You'll need to give us a call at the office with this tool powered up inthe truck so we can figure this out.
