You need to change the fuel filter! F-150's require this every 5,000 miles or so! I change minds every 5000 miles and it still run hard!
Go luck,
Albert

Here are my 06 Roush F150 5.4Liter fuel Parameters.
Load: 15% to 100%
FLI: 46% revving
FP idle: 21.53 varying up and down
FRP: 39psi - 40 psi varying
FRP Volts: 2.60v to 2.75v varying at Idle and revving

Have u monitered ur Fp at wot mine is pegging at 30% to 31% and it feels like its starving at 3500 to rev limit My fuel rail pressure is staying at 38 to 40 psi and i noticed that the FLI depends on the amount of fuel in the tank
