Pulsing problem w/6.0/predator

Pulsing problems with 6.0 deisel. I installed a U7165 in my used 2004 F-350 and the truck shutters or pulses when I accellerate hard. Spent the time to have it looked at by a tranny specialist and he said it's an engine problem. Spent the time to have a diesel specialist look at it and he temporarily replaced with another brand of programmer and that fixed the problem. Here are some numbers that you'll need. VXAP1N6 V.8R14 151107
What if anything can you do for me to fix my problem? Darren

May i ask which tune was installed in the truck? So i can email you some tunes.

I am using the 60 horse fuel economy tune most of the time, but use the 40 & the 100 occasionally. Darren

Ok so your issue happens when driving on the 60hp tune correct? I want to pin point which tune to see if the problem goes away.

It does not seem to happen in the 40 hp setting but the 60, & 100 hp it does. Darren
