So the Ram owners (like myself) have been told there is no way to mount a catch can on the 5.7 truck engines. I just saw a website...
www.michiganhemi.performance.com
...and they are advertising catch cans for all the hemi engines (cars & trucks). I'm going to email them and ask them for a pic or explanation of how they mount it to the trucks. I wonder if they have foud a way to get around the "internal PCV" valve?

Interesting...looks alot like the BT can.
I also noticed they list a 2.5 application...I guess they meant 2.7??

Ummm... did you look at the pictures? It's a Billet Technologies catch can. Same one you get here.

Thats exactly what caught my eye! Kinda interesting isn't it? My first thought was maybe they just listed all the Hemi vehicles assuming it would work like the LX's?Quick wrote:Ummm... did you look at the pictures? It's a Billet Technologies catch can. Same one you get here.

No, they just listed it for 5.7 and 6.1s. As soon as you and a couple others order and return their's they will add a note that it isn't for the trucks. Most of these places evaluate stuff to resell. They probably look at a part and the literature. They may not have ever used or installed anything they sell.motorhead426 wrote:Thats exactly what caught my eye! Kinda interesting isn't it? You got to admit, the internal pcv valve and tubing is pretty bizarre. No one would think of that unless they've seen one.
