2000 7.3 Knocks on 110 tune

My predator is 7000 I got it form The Shop hear in Lincoln Ne . It has a 9r04 update Pat said this is a 30 psi tune My truck is a 2000 f350 7.3 4 inch exhaust, afe cold air intake and wiser wheel ats 1.00 exhaust housing , big head wast gate . I have been running the 85 hp tune no problems, I tried to run the 110 yesterday and at around 19 psi is makes a knocking noise like a fuel knock I have know noise to 25psi on the 85 hp tune any suggestions thanks lance

Knock is normal..it is timing related.Mine does it also..No need to worry.You should be seeing roughly 28 to 32 lbs with that tune and your set-up.

Do you need a boost-fooler to get those boost number, and what did you do for your tranny

Yes ,I have a boost fooler.(I made mine..air regulator set to 21psi)..I had the tranny built..upgraded internals/Billet triple Disk Converter..Transgo Tugger kit.

Yep, will make some real funny diesel noises on that tune, I run the 85 for daily driving.
