Ok first, I have been having issues for a while with my tool and the cmr software at my tuner. Finally got it close to done but ran out of time. Rescheduled for a later date. Well after the car set for a day or two I took it out and hooked up the dsp just to datalog and somehow the stock timing curve got thrown back into the tune. It was NOT there on the last dyno pull. Called DS and talked with a tech. Thinks something is wrong with tune. So I was gonna pull the tune out and email it to another cmr dealer. Took forever to connect to DSDownloader and could not find a tune and said backup corupt. So I put stock tune back in car to see if I could pull that out. Still same thing. Figured Id try and redownload 9r17 and see if that would help. Wont get past packet 232 out of 16xxx, just freezes and sets there. Ive tried it 4 times now. Also when I was datalogging the tool would freeze when I hit esc.

Im guessing my only option now is to get a rma and send it to Diablo? How long does this take?

Something odd happened here, not sure what it could have been.

Get that tool over to us asap.

Hey Hey
Mike hope you got it squared a way.Let us know were your at with return and if they fix it.Just like to know we are still trying to learn how to use ours.we have a 2000 Neon with a swap srt years are from 03 -05.we just install out stock PCM (04)and added the 93 tune now we are trying to find how to do a down log to see were we are at
