I have bought a red Ford deltachip programmed for a 99 gt mustang...I have installed it on my 00 gt... Seems that this one is programmed for a stick and I have an automatic. It wouldn't change gears when installed. Any help is appreciated.

It will need to be flashed for your car in order for it to work, but there are not many place out there that still flash those old Red chips...
