I have an 05 Duramax with a modified stock air box {cut an opening on side and insulated, per diesel page article.}I am using K&N OEM replacement filter.I have a MBRP 4 in. SS catback exhaust, and your U7185 programer. The first time I tried the 100 hp mode the engine hesitaded had a intake fault and had only two or three gears with the Allison. I reset to stock and AOK.
Thanks,
Steve

What codes did the truck throw?
Have you tried any of the lower powered tunes?
Thanks

Sorry, I forgot the codes ,I remember an intake fault. I have had good success with the 65 HP setting. The 100 HP episode is similar to a couple other 05 posts where the engine "pops" dies , but mine restricted full use of the tranny.
Thanks
