2006 6.0 - Reflashed and tuner locked out

2006 Ford F250 6.0l w/ 7165

Customer went into dealership after vehicle died. Got reflashed and tuner is locked out. Key is 4b7b b02c 91f8 b941 54c8

We need documentation showing the reflash before we can reset a tool, please fax it to 5610-908-0048 then call within an hour or so with the tool powered up so we can reset it.

sent that documentation about the reflash via fax... forgot you guys were closed so I'll try calling in the morning.

I just had the Head Gaskets done on my '06 F350 and they reflashed the engine.

What kind of documentation do you need faxed in order to reset the Tuner?

just proof of the service work done to the vehicle, fax us the ford invoice

I faxed the required documents to you this afternoon. I then called three times but was on hold for a total of 45 min between all three calls. I got tired of waiting and accumulating long distance charges.

When is the best time to call where I am not going to be on hold for an hour?

call me @ 561-908-0045, call me today before 12, or from 2-530pm... I just grabbed two reset faxes from the office, one is for a 6.4 so i assume thats not you, the other is for a 2005 f350...i assume thats you moosemauler?...katzass? haha...that's awesome. So yea just give me a call today and i will reset it for you

My truck was reflashed at the dealer due to a egr issue and engine light. My diablo preditor programmer is locked out the number on the back is 192315 my truck is a 2006 f250 6.0L can you help, I have been on hold for 50 min???
