Have you tried fuel from an entirely different station?

ewww...
yeah, your WOT is ugly from 3700 rpm to 6000....
have anything underneath the car rattling/clanging, like the exhaust hitting/tapping something, or heat shields??
bad gas maybe??
try adding in a little extra fuel at WOT in that rpm range...
go to the Power Enrichment menu and adjust the fueling for the rpm range that covers the 3700rpm - 6000rpm area, and add +1% fueling to it...
press the center button to save the change, press ESC a few times till it asks you to "Install tune?"...
select YES to install the modified tune...
put on some miles, then do a new WOT log and see how things look..

Try adding about 5% fuel at WOT across the rpm ranges and re log to see if that helps.
