S&B CAI w/ U7140???

Supposedly this intake does not require a tune. Does this mean I will be ok to install it with the out of the diablo box "Performance Tune" running as well without changing the intake portion (OEM selection) on the tuner? Also, will the U7140 support S&B CAI's if the answer to the first question is no?
