3.5 LX O2 Sensor Off/Cat removal

I have a 2006 Dodge Charger with a 3.5, and I was wondering what parameters you can use to possibly eliminate the cats. I believe the only option is O2 sensor on/off. If it is turned off, can we run 100% free flowing exhaust, or remove the cat, etc. My state has no emissions, so it isn't an issue. Thank you for your help!
