Mopar performance TCM question?

I have a 06 charger r/t, and i got your instructions on how to add the mopar tcm without frying it. Set the car back to stock, put the mopar tcm in, let it write/save the tune, then install your diablo or custom tune. Now i know the mopar tcm comes with high shift points and increased shifts already built in. When i go to the tranny shift point menu, it's say no change, stock, 6000 and 6400. Since the mopar performance tcm is now saved to my stock tune/car, do i click on the no change icon or the stock icon when i'm loading a diablo tune or a custom tune
