I have a 06 dodge charger r/t, amd i was gonna pull fuse 11 so my car can relearn the adaptives with my ported throttle body. Do i pull the fuse with my custom tune on it? Or do i set it back to stock pull the fuse, then reload my custom tune?

Just reset the TCM with the Predator...Look in Quick Adjustments...

Pulling fuse 11 on the 06 deals with the PCM not the TCM and I don't believe you have to take your tune off to do it.

Here's what pulling 11 does:
All PCM DTCs erased.
- All OBD2 monitor results erased.
- All long term fuel trim adaptive values reset to Zero.

What's the difference between the PCM and the TCM?

A: In the simplest terms, one device controls Engine functions and one device
controls Transmissions functions.

The term PCM refers to PowerTrain Control Module.
The term TCM refers to Transmission Control Module.

It's fuse 2 on the 9&10 models

...and since the fuel adaptives will adjust within a second or so there's not much point in resetting your PCM for that.
