Newbie needs knowledgable help on what parameters to monitor

I have a 2007 300 srt-8 with 30 000k, 180 tstat, magnaflow exhaust, aFe CAI , 93 octane CAI canned tune with Shift firmness , tires size , and shift and rev limits raised tune and im running 94 octane gas same pump same location.

I have such limited knowledge about this stuff I dont even know hte terminology to use to ask this question lol ..... I was wondering what parameters to monitor to let me know if im pulling timing or having dangerous fuel or engine issues the top 5 would be great since the t-1000 can monitor 5 guages per screen with multiple screens

Use the pre loaded layouts, they are fine.
