missing pins?

i was looking at a tuner online for sale....the obd connector only has 3 metal pins....is this correct or are there pins missing?
the obd connector on the predator??? yes, that's correct... it's not full of pins...
my 7191 predator for my 06 Monte SS only has 4 pins in it...
and yours is an older vehicle/pcm, so 3 is correct...
