oki have a laptop in the car at all time is there a way to hook the DS to the car and to the laptop at the same time? will it read and send paramaeter to the laptop? if so will i be able to tune on the fly? just wondering what is capible with the all might trinity.

No tuning on the fly. You would have to turn the car off and run through the turn key off, then on prompts to tune the car. You can log directly to the trinity so there is no need for the laptop.. You can create multiple pages for logging and monitoring and switch them as you please on the fly. Then you can export the logs to the laptop and view them if youd like. You cant tune with the laptop if your wondering. You use the trinity to tune the car and tweak it.

But if you really want the laptop, then yes you can hook it up to the trinity via the usb cable and log the parameters.
