Just got my U7137 in the mail today. I plugged it into the Jeep and immediately noticed it had v9r05 on it. However, when I selected "performance tune" and then agreed to the little disclaimer, and it told me to turn the key to "ON", I do so, goes through the little 5 second deal, and then a loading screen comes up for a couple seconds, and then it says "be sure the key is turned to ON, do not start engine" - but the key is already on. I try to click continue but it doesn't recognize it and then I get a message "unplug tuner and try again". But trying again didn't work.
I was under the impression they had the bugs worked out of the key cycle for the 2005-2006 JGC 5.7's. I'm pretty disappointed they'd sell a product that obviously doesn't work.
Gotta wait to call tech support on Monday.

Yup it seems to be all 05's are affected and the 06's seem to be ok.

updates?? You guys should probably remove all 05's until you get this resolved as there are alot of unhappy people running into this problem with no resolution yet.
