Is there anyway to test voltage of the TPS through my diablosport?

If not, can someone please explain how to check the voltage with a meter?

also what is the best cheapest meter and where can i get it?

this is very simple to do. There are going to be 3 wires going to your TPS. One is power, one is ground, and one is your signal wire. THe middle wire is your signal wire. You want to backprobe the center wire and you are going to have to test both of the outside wires untill you find the ground wire. With the tps closed it should read less than 1v, and at wide open throttle it should be somewhere above 4v.

As far as getting a meter, you need one that can read dc volts. Im sure any electronics place will have a multimeter, or even any autoparts store will have one.

Ok here is a pic of the harness connetor:

A - GRY - 5 Volt Reference
B - TAN - Low Reference
C - DK BLU - TP Sensor Signal

The tuner might show the tps voltage. I haven't looked through mine yet so you might want to look for sure, just incase.
