Ok so i got my pred back and it has the same issue pretty much wont load stock tune perf tune or any tune.

hmm i wish i could have looked at the tool before it left. So what tune is on the car at the moment now? Still that 93? Did they reset the predator? What does it say the last tune written was now?

it says the last tune written was the 93 perf tune and when i try to use it on my car it actually says original not restored. almost like it was locked to someone elses car and not mine. possible that i got someone elses tuner? i hooked it up to another srt-4 with no pcm mods to see what it said and it says the samething.

so im gonna say it was not reset even though i have a pm and a thread post saying it was along with a pm confirmation saying it was as if it was brand new and never used before ie reset.

ok ive been trying to call the rma number and the tech support number. what am i supposed to do here.
