Need help asap! Have show tomorrow, can't load file 07 gt

Ok, received a programmer and I am trying to get my factory program onto my laptop, so I can load my whipple tunes, but it keeps erroring. It acts like it starts to download or does partial dl, but then stops and says failed....I have a show tomorrow and can't go if I don't get this thing a tune! Please help!

Are your COM port and baud rate settings all the same?
If using a USB cable did you install the driver?

Yes, and yes. I ended up having my tuner send me an ori file to all to the folder to get it to allow me to upload the tunes. I also have the same problem of the viewer not working like in another post.

You could have uploaded the .ori from your Predator as per the instructions.

That was the problem, I couldn't get the programmer to let me take the ori file of my car off it and put it on my pc.....If the programmer won't quit erroring, I can't get the ori file, that is why he sent me one.
