2004 F-150 5.4 Triton

How come I am unable to load a tune into my truck. I have the new cable and tried to tune my truck on the 87 octane.. The trinity reads my pcm and go's to 100%, then my dash reads check gauges.. and the trinity says its unable to read and says unplug tuner and try again or something to that nature... so i unplug and put the cable back into the osbii inlet and it says can not read... so i have to disconnect my battery cables and touch them together wait 5Mins and reconnect my battery and the truck starts again. Mikel you talked to me a few weeks ago and told me to do this to reset the pcm and it worked. Ive tried everything I can think of, and still no tune?
Vas downloaded me the trinity_u7135-1t06a.crom, without the update first. Could this be the reason its not working and if so do you have a file that will reset my trinity back to stock (very first crom) and try reinstalling the latest crom/updates. Anybody out there have the same issue with this ford tune?

Vas said it was the newest update for Trinity.
So What Now Mikel ? I can monitor my truck, I just cant tune it?
