I know I'm old, but, WTF is "Bump" or better yet, "Buuuuuuuummmmpp" I've been wrenching my own crap for 35 years and I never got bumped yet. Although, since I installed the BIG Mammo Jamma Rancher grille guard, I could be convinced to do some bumping quite easily. Some folks need bumping.

It's an online forum thing... Most of the time the threads with new postings are listed first. As other threads get posted to the inactive ones move down the list. So people will post "bump" to a thread just to get it back to the top of the list in hopes that it gets attention.

Thank you Quick. This is my first forum experience. Not even a dozen posts under my belt so far. Quite the NFG. I appreciate the concise but thorough answer. I've actually read hundreds of posts here before typing my first, and yours seem to have that quality repeatedly. Thanks again.

Or you may even see TTT (To The Top) in place of BUMP
