Torque Management yet again

I have an 03 silverado with the 5.3L engine. I know there already are a thousand post about torque management. I am sorry in advance but I got tired of looking through the post because I couldn't find the easy definitive answer I need haha.

As a percentage how much Torque Management is removed when installing a diablo tune. Is it the full 100% or less?

We remove roughly 2/3 of the TM ina truck, the rest is the TM Upshift abuse mode for the trans, and we leave that on.....removing it in trucks tends to cause sloppy shifts, but you can turn it off if you like.
