Has anyone else had an issue with the touchscreen not working. I can still use the buttons on the side but the touchscreen does not work at all. What is the procedure for returning and getting a new one?

This was a problem with the first beta units. Just out of curiosity, what happens if you loosen the screws on the back a half turn?

If under 30 days, please contact the retailer you got it from for a new unit.

It has been 2 months. Does this mean Diablo will replace it? I guess I should have read the warranty before I bought it. The info on the warranty is at home but I would hope it is longer than 2 months.

Warranty is one year... I'm guessing you could have just done a simple swap under 30 days.

warranty is 2 years...I was only asking if it was under 30 days as that can usually be handled at the dealer, rather than through warranty.

Fill out the rma and get it in to us and we'll get it fixed up asap.

Thanks
Mike
