2005 H2 with a Whipple Supercharger

After installing the whipple supercharger and the U7193 Whipple program the car will not idle over 600 rpm sometimes causing it to stall I called whipple and they said clean the throttle body .I did that with no results can I use my tuner to set miy idle up?

Not 100% sure here.....can you post your VIN# and what size injectors you have so we can look at the tune?
