computer can't open stock tune file

I am having trouble with opening my stock tune file on my PC, why can't I open it? I'm very new to all this!

the tune file?? you can't open the tune files... only dealers/tuners with diablosport's CMR tuning software can open the tune files...
what are you trying to do?

I'm trying to upload my last tune written and stock tune to my pc so I can send it off for a custom tune. I thought I could open the stock tune to see if it is right.......I guess not! Another thing is I get the out of memory crap when trying to extract the last tune written..............This very frustrating!!

You don't need to open it to send it
