where should base spare should to be optimal?

I was wondering where the Base spark should be in order to get the best timing? I most I got was 21.5 deg.. Is that normal or can I get better? and how? please help me. Thanks

Thats a deeep question that can only be answered with extensive dyno testing/logging, best bet is to assume we figured that out already and leave it how we set it up....
