JLT CAI Trouble Codes

I recently bought a JLT Cold Air Intake for my 08 GT. I installed the CAI and flashed my computer with the Trinity. Everything worked fine for about 50 miles, and then my PCM threw three Trouble Codes. Two of them said my air/fuel ratio was lean. Does anyone know why this would happen? Everything should have worked...

Check for a leak in the intake or exhaust somewhere...
