I have a U7140 Predator for 06 mustang gt running latest firmware (9r03).
When I transfer a custom tune file I get two error codes:
P060C - PCM internal control module main processor performance
P1000 - OBD not ready
When I revert back to stock tune, I get no trouble codes. I saw in another post to try disconnecting the battery, which I did for 20 minutes. The codes still remain. Even if I clear the codes, they will reappear immediately.
Since I am able to revert to stock tune, I do not think it is a malfunctioning PCM.
thanks for your help!

RE: Mustang gt throwing P060C PCM error with custom tune
Sounds like it is related to the custom tune, I'd contact the dealer that wrote it and see if they can figure out whats up...

RE: Mustang gt throwing P060C PCM error with custom tune
My tune author was not familiar with that error.
I am trying to get my car to pass emissions so the only things he had changed was to enable rear O2 sensors and enable adaptive learning. That tune file caused the P060C error.
He sent me another tune file that only had the rear O2 sensors enabled and kept the adaptive learning off. Now that tune went on the car fine and I've been driving for a day with no trouble codes or wrench light. We'll see how that goes after the 50-60 mile "learning" period for the system to run all its emissions stuff.
