gm dealer changing my gauge cluster

I have the 04 chev avalanche 5.3L' z-71 . Im using the U7193 91 octane program. there is a recall on my instument cluster , and gm dealer is gonna change it. they have to hook up the tech II scan tool they have' and tell my truck computer to re-learn the new cluster. do I have to put the stock factory tune back on my truck before they do this?Or am i good to go? Thanks

yes, absolutely!!

restore the original backup tune to your truck before you get anywhere near the dealer...
